We are looking for an
Engineer Methods / Process
for one of our clients in the industrial sector.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing, defining, and formalizing
manufacturing and assembly processes
according to industry and quality standards. - Creating
work instructions, process sheets, control plans
, and technical documentation. - Industrializing
new products and lines of production
, integrating new machines and tools. - Supporting and training operators on
best practices, process compliance, and quality standards
. - Monitoring and improving
production performance, cycle times, and process repeatability
. - Participating in
audits, KPI follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives
(PDCA, QRQC, 8D, 5M…). - Collaborating closely with
engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams
to ensure smooth implementation of new methods. - Depending on your
technical interests
, you may work on: - Machining / New Technologies
: 5-axis machining, welding, robotics integration - Mechanical Assembly
: mechanical assembly lines, rivets, adhesives, welding - Electronics / Electromechanics
: assembly, testing, and industrialization of electronic components - Quality in Production (AQO)
: monitoring KPIs, root cause analysis, problem resolution, and workshops
The profile
Background
- Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or equivalent experience.
Must Have
- 1–5 years' experience in
methods, industrialization, or production engineering
. - Knowledge of
manufacturing and assembly processes
(machining, welding, mechanical assembly, electronics/electromechanics). - Proficiency with
CATIA, SAP, AMDEC, Lean tools, and Office Suite
. - Fluent in
French
; professional
English
is a plus. - Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a
hands-on attitude
. - Ability to
communicate effectively
with operators, engineers, and management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in
aeronautics, defense, energy, or high-precision mechanical industries
. - Familiarity with
industrial audits, quality processes, and continuous improvement methods
. - Experience with
process optimization or operator training
